A new study by CEEW reveals that only 23% of rural households are LPG users due to costly domestic LPG cylinders. This also means that the majority of rural areas still rely on firewood as their primary source of cooking. What is also interesting to find is that a large percentage chunk of migrant users still buy LPG through informal routes.
