Five-hour surgery through nose saves remaining vision of Iraqi teen

A five-hour surgery performed through the nose has helped save the remaining vision of an 18-year-old Iraqi teenager who had a one-centimetre-long metal fragment lodged dangerously close to his optic nerve for nearly a year following an explosion.
