Demand to give Padma Bhushan to Gyanesh Kumar, Bengal BJP President said - played important role in conducting peaceful elections

The political controversy regarding Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar has increased. West Bengal BJP President Samik Bhattacharya appreciated his contribution and demanded Padma Bhushan. The opposition is demanding his resignation and action. A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court demanding investigation into the alleged decisions related to SIR, voter list and allegations of deletion of 13 crore names.
