Delhi HC refuses to entertain plea against closure of Vizag airport

In a recent ruling, the Delhi High Court dismissed a plea aimed at contesting the closure of Visakhapatnam Airport, instructing the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh High Court for resolution. Visakhapatnam Airport ceased scheduled commercial flights on August 16, paving the way for the upcoming Bhogapuram airport's opening. Furthermore, there is an existing Public Interest Litigation concerning this closure awaiting deliberation there.
