‘Curtains drawn over govt failures’: Rahul Gandhi slams Centre, Delhi-UP govts over bus gang rape

A 16-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped on a sleeper bus traveling from Greater Noida to Delhi. Rahul Gandhi criticized the central and state governments for the incident and police inaction.
