CNBC-TV18 Newsbreak confirmed: ITC Infotech to buy 22.1% Happiest Minds stake for ₹1,330 crore

ITC Infotech will acquire 22.1% of Happiest Minds from founder Ashok Soota and Ashok Soota Medical Research LLP for around ₹1,330 crore, before merging the digital IT services company into itself, subject to regulatory approvals. CNBC-TV18 had first reported the talks on July 13.
