Claroid Pharmaceuticals Files IPO Papers With Sebi, Plans New Ahmedabad Manufacturing Facility

Gujarat-based Claroid Pharmaceuticals has filed draft papers with Sebi for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 74.50 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 51.50 lakh shares. The company plans to use proceeds to establish a new manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad for injectables, eye drops and other pharmaceutical products.
