Capital Group sells 1% stake in D-Mart for Rs 2,537 crore

The shares were offloaded at an average price of Rs 3,750.58 per share. Avenue Supermarts' stock experienced a slight decline following the divestment announcement. The company recently reported an 11.33 percent rise in its June quarter net profit.
