Bhopal: Man kidnaps toddler from hospital, sexually assaults child; arrested

A labourer has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a 1.5 year-old child and sexually abusing him. The man was reportedly known to the child’s family. The mother of the baby works at a hospital canteen and the accused often visited the place. He was known to the family, said the police.
