Akash’s Dalit identity known to cops who tortured and killed him, finds CB-CID

The chargesheet says the six policemen knew Akash Delison belonged to the Scheduled Caste (SC) Devendrakula Velalar community when they took him to a secluded spot and beat him, causing injuries that led to his death.
